To watch the movie streaming in Quicktime format, Pick the speed from the left that fits your connection the best. The higher the speed the better the quality. You can always jump back and pick another speed if the movie gets stuck because you picked your speed to high.

Downloads is a quick start download version that starts while still downloading. If your connection is to slow pause it and restart it later.

You can also save the movie to your hard drive and watch it later in any screen size you choose.
