Our Team.

Thomas - Senior

Thomas is our Head Builder and Captain. He did not know much more than us at the beginning of last season but stepped up the be a leader. He is determined to constantly improve his knowledge and is always improving the robot. Thomas designs mainly the chassis portion of our robot, runs the CNC Mill, and does much of the photography you will see on our website and social media.

Aaron - Senior

Aaron is one of our most dedicated builders, joining the team for the 2024-2025 FTC season with a strong desire to learn and contribute. Like Wyeth, he’s new to the team, but his enthusiasm and commitment are evident from the start. Aaron consistently demonstrates a solid work ethic, and while he’s still in the early stages of his FTC journey, his potential is clear, and we’re excited to see how he develops as both a builder and a key team member this season.

Tripp - Senior

Tripp is our go-to "Leatherman" on the team, a versatile member who wears many hats. As our Head of Media, he’s responsible for producing visually captivating videos that showcase our team's progress and creativity. But Tripp doesn't stop there—he’s also a part of our building team, frequently contributing to the construction of smaller, yet critical systems. Last season, he built our drone launcher for the 2023-2024 FTC season.

Wyeth - Senior

Wyeth, though not our Head Builder, is a force to be reckoned with on the team. He joined us this year, bringing a fresh perspective and boundless enthusiasm for the upcoming season. While Wyeth has a lot to learn about the intricacies of building robots, his potential is undeniable. In addition to his growing technical skills, he has taken on the important role of portfolio manager, ensuring that our team’s progress, achievements, and challenges are well-documented.

Marc - Senior

Marc serves as our Head Autonomous Coder, a role he embraced with determination despite starting last year with no prior experience, much like the rest of us. What sets Marc apart is his resilience and perseverance—he devoted countless hours after school to developing the autonomous code, often staying late to troubleshoot and refine his work. Marc never lost his composure or became frustrated, always pushing forward.

Alex - Senior

Alex is another new addition to our team for the 2024-2025 season, bringing a lot of enthusiasm for what promises to be an exciting year of robotics. Recognizing the importance of coding for our robot’s performance, Alex has chosen programming, ready to contribute to the Tele-Op and Autonomous functions. By working alongside Jay and Marc, Alex is quickly learning the complexities of coding and finding ways to support the team’s development.

Matthew - Senior

Matthew Wolfe is one of our dedicated Builders, always going the extra mile to contribute to the team. In addition to his hands-on work during meetings, he invests significant time at home researching other robots. Matthew doesn’t just stop at research—he actively reaches out to other robotics teams to exchange ideas and gain valuable insights. His commitment to understanding the broader landscape of robotics helps keep our team innovative and constantly improving.

Chris - Senior

Chris joined our team for the 2024-2025 season but brings valuable experience from his time with one of our sister teams, Megaknight, where he participated last year. Already familiar with the world of robotics, Chris is eager to apply his knowledge and help our team succeed this season. His experience gives him a unique perspective, and we’re excited to see how he contributes to both our strategy and our builds.

Mr. Peter - Mentor

Without our Mentor, Mr. Peter, we wouldn’t be anywhere near where we are today. Like a compass, Mr. Peter guides us in the right direction but doesn’t give us the answer. This allows him to teach us values of hard work and determination in a thoughtful and meaningful way. His steady leadership not only helps us grow as a team but also as individuals, pushing us to think critically and solve problems independently.
